Abstract :

Experimental evidence supports the IREP's effectiveness. But, a new difficulty has emerged. The low quality of the produced spline shaft may be attributed to two primary factors. There is insufficient lubrication between the blank and rolling dies, and the unstable functioning of the air cylinder feed system makes in feed processes unpredictable. These are the essential issues that must be resolved by further studies of the IREP of spline shaft.
