Abstract :

It's not easy to get people working in the same company to coordinate and network with one another and share information and resources. Competencies, positions, and the structural characteristics of the company, along with communication preferences and group assets, can all work against a productive exchange of ideas and information. Technology, and the Internet in particular, has the ability to alleviate these problems while also fostering the proliferation of creativity and efficiency in the workplace. The term "Enterprise2.0" has emerged to describe the incorporation of essential Web2.0 features, such as user engagement, into corporate settings; before, these platforms were known as "Intranets."
