Users who have registered may submit their complaints using the app instead of going to the police station. The local police force may also use the app to keep track of and respond to citizen concerns by registering and logging in. The status of the recorded complaints might be updated after the police begin solving the incident. Additionally, users may check the progress of their complaints. The system displays and facilitates access to data pertaining to government services and crimes.The programme is quite useful in instances of emergency.
